San Marco Apartments

Spokane’s San Marco Apartment Building was constructed in 1904, under the direction of renowned local architect Albert Held. Designed in the true spirit of the Renaissance Revival, the building is an impressive monument to history’s most vibrant architectural period. From the interior carriage court to the lion head masks guarding the main entrance, the integrity of the original San Marco has been meticulously preserved. Many units have hard wood floors, French doors, large kitchens, mud rooms, and balconies.

This beautiful brick building is located two blocks west of the Spokane Club, and is within walking distance of Downtown Spokane’s many dining, shopping and entertainment opportunities. As with all of WS Property Management’s buildings, the San Marco is a non-smoking property.
